The 2026 Public Beta

Impart QMS is open to all interested IVF laboratory directors for 2026. Use the complete platform free during the beta, help shape it with your feedback, and lock in 50% off your first year when the beta ends.

How the Beta Works

Plain-language commitments — the same terms you sign at registration.

Director-led registration

Participation is open to all interested laboratory directors. Registration must be initiated by the laboratory director — or by a team member at the director's direction — and the registering signer accepts the beta agreement electronically during sign-up.

Free for the duration of the beta

Participating laboratories use every module free through the 2026 Public Beta — no credit card required to join.

Runs alongside your current QMS

While features are in active development, the beta is not intended to replace your current quality management system of record. Run Impart QMS in parallel and validate it against your laboratory's requirements.

Nightly backups

All laboratory data is backed up nightly, and you can export your QC data, reports, and audit trails in CSV and PDF formats at any time.

At least 60 days' notice

The beta is open for all of 2026 and will not end without a minimum of 60 days' advance notice.

50% off your first year — or a full export

When the beta concludes, choose between continuing on a paid subscription at 50% off your first 12 months ($2,250 year one, then $4,500 per laboratory per year) or receiving a complete export of all your data at no cost.

The discount rewards active participation

The 50% first-year discount is earned by implementing and actively using the platform, and by sharing at least one bug report, feature request, or general review each month of the beta — the in-app Report a Bug button counts. Engaged feedback is what the beta is for.
